About us

Crafttech, part of Verdis in Sweden, operates in gardening and landscape maintenance, and is now looking for a meticulous and driven administrator. You will be a central administrative resource for the department, where you can combine problem-solving, system work, and customer contact in a day-to-day environment where no two days are alike.

About the position

As an administrator with us, you will be the link between the customer, operations, and our digital systems. You will work with planning, scheduling, and follow-up of tasks, ensuring that administrative processes function effectively in daily operations.

Other tasks:

• Ongoing administration such as handling work orders, contracts, and documentation
• Contact with customers and suppliers
• Preparation of invoicing materials, basic financial administration, and reporting
• Provide overall administrative support in operational-related issues

The position is based at our depot in Vallentuna, and you will work closely with the production manager and team leaders.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a similar administrative role.
• Good computer and system skills as well as very good administrative abilities.
• Good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Driving license B
• Experience in property and gardening maintenance, rail operations, or similar industries
